Gingerbread Bundt Cake
Holidays treats are a great way to share something with friends, family, or co-workers. I love baking a little something to share with my neighbors and co-workers every year. I usually do cookies for the neighbors and then a large cake or tart for my co-workers' annual pot-luck. This year I wanted to bring a traditional holiday flavor with a not-so-traditional delivery.
I found this sweet gingerbread bundt cake on Pinterest and just knew I had to give it a try. I bake Gluten Free because of #Celiacsdisease so I had to tweak the recipe ever so slightly. I love King Arthur Measure for Measure Gluten-Free flour best. I always keep some on hand. This recipe from Posh Little Designs is a great recipe and can easily be made gluten-free (and is already dairy-free!) with just a little substitution.
This recipe is perfect for sharing with friends. You can bake mini bundt cakes or one large bundt cake. Make sure you head over and check out the full tutorial.
