In general, we will do our best to ship most orders within 2 business days.  International orders might be delayed in order to allow us to properly verify the cardholder's information. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

What are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

All orders over $75 qualify for a free shipping option which you will need to select during the checkout process.


The Boy's Store is committed to your highest satisfaction and if your purchase for any reason does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to exchange the item(s) or accept your return. 

For items to be eligible for credit, the item(s) needs to be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase and in restockable condition (unused, undamaged, and unwashed).  Items not meeting the restockable criteria may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • A return authorization number (RMA#) is required to return/exchange any item(s).
  • Please contact us online to obtain the RMA# and instructions.
  • For all returns and exchanges, we highly recommend you ship the merchandise using a service that provides you with a tracking number and insurance. 
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit or refund to appear on your statement. Your credit will be issued to your original method of payment, less shipping and handling charges
Please note:
Items returned without an RMA, not in a re-sellable condition, or beyond the 30 days from purchase will not be credited except at the discretion of The Boy's Store, and if so may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
